Highest-support Indiana package

Premier Student Support System

Premier adds bounded, documented personal support to the Course, PASS FIRST, and Career Launch systems. Every private session has required preparation, a working agenda, and a student deliverable—so support produces progress rather than unstructured conversation.

5Private sessions
1 dayProposed support target
12 mo.Proposed access

Program separation: Premier support is optional supplemental service. Private sessions do not add prelicensing hours, replace required course instruction or examinations, guarantee exam success, provide professional advice, promise employment or income, or make NDavis the student’s brokerage.

Scheduling & support standards

Clear limits protect both the student and the school.

Priority written support

Premier students may submit course-content questions through the designated support channel. Proposed response target: one business day, Monday–Friday, excluding published closures.

Included private sessions

One onboarding, three tutoring/readiness sessions, and one brokerage-selection session. Unused sessions expire with package access unless a published extension applies.

Booking window

Proposed: schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Availability is limited to published appointment blocks and is not guaranteed for a requested date.

Rescheduling

Proposed: one reschedule per session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may count as used except for a consistently applied documented-emergency exception.

Late arrival

The session ends at the scheduled time. A late student receives the remaining time so the next student is not displaced.

No-show

A missed session without timely notice counts as used. The student receives the applicable self-study worksheet and may purchase additional time only if offered.

Instructor cancellation

NDavis reschedules the session without reducing the student’s included session count.

Advice boundary

Support is education—not legal, tax, accounting, employment, mental-health, disability-determination, or individualized brokerage-contract advice.

Owner approval required: Timing, cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, emergency exceptions, additional-session pricing, and response targets remain proposed until Nicole approves them and they are placed consistently in the enrollment agreement and student handbook.

Capacity protection

Premier seat-control model

01

Count real service hours

Five 45-minute meetings equal 3.75 live hours per student before preparation, documentation, written support, cancellations, and administration.

02

Add operating time

Plan at least 15 minutes of preparation and documentation per session plus a monthly written-support allowance. Model capacity using the full burden—not calendar minutes alone.

03

Cap seats before sale

Divide available monthly instructor hours by expected support hours per active student, then hold a reserve for reschedules, escalations, and absences.

04

Use published appointment blocks

Offer defined booking windows instead of unlimited availability. Close Premier enrollment automatically when current capacity is filled.

Planning formula(Monthly instructor hours × 80% service capacity) ÷ expected monthly support hours per student = maximum active Premier students

Example only: 40 hours × 80% ÷ 2 hours per active student = 16 active students. Replace every assumption with actual operating data before launch.

Access-extension review

Consistent exception process

  1. 01

    Student submits a timely request

Request must arrive before access expires and identify the requested period and non-sensitive supporting information.

  2. 02

    Administrator checks eligibility

Verify program participation, remaining work, prior extensions, documented circumstances, requested duration, and whether approval can be applied consistently.

  3. 03

    School issues a written decision

State approved dates and conditions or the neutral reason for denial. Do not promise approval in the sales copy.

  4. 04

    Record the adjustment separately

An access extension does not change completed instructional time, examination results, refund calculations, or regulatory deadlines.

Launch readiness

Remaining operating gates

01

Approve service terms

Nicole approves response times, session duration, rescheduling, no-shows, expiration, extensions, and extra-session pricing.

02

Name the instructor team

Assign qualified facilitators, private-session providers, backup coverage, supervision, and documentation responsibility.

03

Connect scheduling

Select the calendar, package-entitlement check, reminders, meeting method, time zone, capacity cap, and attendance record.

04

Protect private records

Move final student and instructor records into authenticated account storage with role-based access and a retention policy before paid use.
