Minute-credit rules

  • A minute becomes creditable only through the Commission-accepted delivery and attendance method.
  • Required activity events must identify the student, course version, activity, start/end record, completion result, and any administrator adjustment.
  • Opening a page, leaving a browser idle, optional rereading, customer support, breaks, or repeated navigation does not independently earn credit.
  • Remediation counts only where required, structured, completed, and permitted by the approved syllabus.
  • Any change to minutes, sequence, final examination, or required activity receives a version, effective date, reason, reviewer, and approval disposition.
