Cancellation & Refund Policy

Working Draft · Version IN-RP-001

How to cancel

A student may submit a cancellation request through the student account or to the school contact listed in the enrollment agreement. The school records the received date and time, student identity, course, reason if voluntarily provided, access state, completed instruction, amounts paid, calculation, decision, and payment reference.

Refund decision sequence

  1. Confirm the governing document version.Use the policy and enrollment agreement accepted by the student.
  2. Identify the cancellation event.Student cancellation, school cancellation, inability to deliver, duplicate payment, denial before activation, or documented exceptional review.
  3. Determine delivered instruction and separable items.Use verified completion records—not estimated browsing time. Identify any delivered optional or third-party item only if lawfully disclosed.
  4. Apply the approved formula.Show tuition, permitted deductions, unearned amount, taxes, payments, balance, and refund as separate lines.
  5. Issue written notice and payment.State the calculation, payment method, timing, appeal route, and transaction reference.
